The process unfolds in four stages. First, a consultation in our showroom or by video call to understand your project and your budget. Next, the selection of precious stones. We will present you with stones from our Paris stock or begin bespoke direct sourcing tailored to your project (sapphires, rubies, emeralds, tsavorites…). We then share a visualisation of your project for your approval. Finally, the piece is crafted in our atelier, from setting to polishing. Each creation is priced according to three criteria: the central stone (origin, carat weight, gemological quality), the chosen metal (18-carat gold or platinum), and the complexity of the setting. We provide a detailed, transparent quote from the design stage, before any commitment is made. Our jeweller-merchant model — direct sourcing, with no intermediary — ensures a value-for-money proposition that is difficult to match on the market.

The creation timeline depends on the complexity of the jewel, but you should generally allow between 4 and 8 weeks after the final design has been approved.

Thanks to our offices in India, Sri Lanka and Bangkok — as close as possible to the markets and the mines — we take the time needed to select the ideal stone, perfectly aligned with your expectations.

Yes, Bonnot Paris offers a recycling and transformation service for your jewellery.
We can reuse the gold from your existing pieces to give it a new life, in a jewel designed especially for you.

Yes, these creations are there for that very purpose. You can point us to a piece that has caught your eye, and we will draw on its defining elements — the setting shape, the mount style, the choice of stone — to adapt them to your project. Each creation remains unique, however: we do not reproduce pieces identically, but rather transpose the spirit of a design into something that is entirely your own.

From there, personalised support is provided via WhatsApp or email, to guide you through every stage.

We send you detailed photos and videos of the selected stones (or jewellery piece), so you can feel confident in your choice.

You are also welcome to share your inspirations, questions or concerns with us — by message or image — and we remain attentive to your needs throughout the entire creative process.

Delivery is made by hand in Paris or via a specialist carrier, ensuring a secure, insured and fully reliable shipment to its destination.
