Yes, ruby is an excellent choice. With a hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale, it is the most durable gemstone after diamond, making it ideally suited to a ring worn every day. Its intense red colour also makes it a powerful symbol for marking a commitment.

The price depends on several factors: the size of the stone (in carats), its colour, clarity, origin and the metal chosen for the setting. The quality of a ruby rests primarily on its colour: the most sought-after stones display a vivid, intense red known as “pigeon's blood”. Clarity (the absence of visible inclusions), cut and brilliance also play an important role. A certificate issued by an independent gemological laboratory guarantees its authenticity and characteristics.
Yes. All our rubies are certified by independent gemological laboratories, ensuring authenticity and quality. We select our stones directly through our offices in Sri Lanka, Bangkok and Jaipur, as close as possible to the source.
Every metal flatters a ruby beautifully.
