With the Studio concept, you can alternatively have a ring created from one of the designs drawn by our designers. These Maison Bonnot creations, available to personalise, are another way to obtain a rare and timeless piece of Parisian fine jewellery.
Maison Bonnot Paris invites you to an appointment dedicated entirely to your project. This is an important step, giving you the opportunity to share your wishes and ideas for a bespoke piece of jewellery. It marks the beginning of a truly personal journey, and naturally includes a conversation about the precious and fine stones that might inspire you.
We offer a wide range of jewellery to suit every taste — from engagement rings to sapphire wedding bands.
Step 1: Discovery Appointment
Please note that this initial discovery appointment can take place in Paris or remotely, whichever suits you best. We also offer gemology and jewellery expertise services in Angers.
Step 2: Choosing the Stone
Once you have decided on the key characteristics you are looking for, we present you with a selection of gemstones that match your preferences, taking your budget into account. We source all our stones directly, and each one comes with a laboratory certificate.
Step 3: Design
This is the stage at which our designers come into play, offering you a range of different styles to consider. Whether it is a diamond engagement ring or another piece of jewellery, every sketch is guided by your vision. You will be able to choose whichever appeals to you most.
Step 4: Creation
Once you have approved the design, work on your piece can begin. The creation process takes approximately four weeks and concludes with a final polishing stage.
Maison Bonnot Paris was founded by François Deprez and takes its name as a tribute to his grandfather, Jacques Bonnot, a professor of preparatory humanities. In naming his Parisian jewellery house after him, he honours a remarkable legacy — for Jacques Bonnot did far more than impart academic knowledge. He shared a vision of the world, a professional rigour and a passion for work done with care. Bonnot Paris draws on that spirit to offer something far beyond jewellery: a genuine experience, and a story rich with meaning in every creation.
François Deprez is a gemmologist with a deep passion for precious stones. With each bespoke creation in Paris, every stone is chosen with the utmost discernment, and every piece is conceived as a work of art in its own right. Attention to detail and the pursuit of perfection are the very principles that guided Jacques Bonnot's teaching as well.
Maison Bonnot reaches beyond the creation of exceptional jewellery, preserving a legacy rooted in humanist education and timeless values. To have a piece created by our house is to join a tradition that celebrates authenticity, excellence and the profound significance of every realisation.
