Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before payment. For destinations outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes remain payable by the recipient.
Delivery times
Tracking your shipment
A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships — La Poste “Valeur déclarée” in France, DHL or FedEx internationally. Our team remains available at any time at contact@bonnot-paris.com for any question about your delivery.
Returns
14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from receipt to return an available creation or a loose stone.
- Product undamaged, complete, in its original packaging
- Stone unset and unaltered in any way
- Return shipped insured for the value of the jewel or stone, with tracking
Bespoke and made-to-order creations are made for you: they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are borne by the client. After receipt and inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
