Jérôme wanted a bespoke engagement ring centred around an exceptional blue sapphire. We therefore selected a 1.72-carat royal blue sapphire. Moreover, he dreamed of a radiant creation in a daisy style. Finally, our workshop designed a diamond rosette to enhance the centre stone.
The centre sapphire weighs 1.72 carats. Furthermore, it displays the “royal blue” hue, the most sought-after of all blues. Indeed, this deep, saturated blue is the benchmark for the finest sapphires. Moreover, sapphire has symbolised fidelity for centuries. It therefore adorns the most iconic engagement rings. In addition, its hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale ensures excellent durability. This stone is therefore perfectly suited to everyday wear.
The oval-cut sapphire sits at the heart of the ring. Around it, marquise-cut diamonds form a delicate daisy. Indeed, these D/IF quality diamonds represent the highest quality. They combine colourlessness with maximum clarity. In addition, small blue sapphires punctuate the surround and reinforce the floral motif. Finally, the yellow gold setting warms and reveals the brilliance of the blue.
