Audric wished to offer an exceptional ring to celebrate a wedding anniversary. He wanted to create a jewel imbued with romance, inspired by nature and showcasing a rare stone in warm colours. The choice of a padparadscha sapphire quickly became the obvious one for its unique character, while the rose gold and accompanying stones create a delicate floral design, symbolising a love that blossoms over time.
The central padparadscha sapphire weighs 1.10 carats and was pear-cut by our partner lapidaries. Unheated, it comes from Madagascar, an origin renowned for producing magnificent sapphires with natural colours. Its subtle hue harmoniously blends pink, peach and orange in a particularly sought-after balance. Depending on its exposure to light, the stone reveals different nuances, giving it a vibrant brilliance and a unique personality. Today, the padparadscha sapphire is among the rarest and most coveted varieties of sapphire in fine jewellery. Finally, its hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale ensures excellent resistance to everyday wear. All our stones are certified by independent or international gemmological laboratories.
The padparadscha sapphire lies at the heart of this floral creation. It is delicately surrounded by peach sapphires, orange sapphires and natural F/VS quality diamonds, evoking the petals of a flower in full bloom. The 750‰ rose gold setting enhances the softness of the various colour nuances while bringing great warmth to the overall piece.
