Julie contacted us to create a bespoke birthday ring featuring one of our favourite stones. She chose this exceptional teal sapphire during one of our live sales on Instagram. In addition, she wanted a refined setting that would highlight the exceptional colour of the centre stone. Thus, our workshop designed a piece combining contemporary lines with a bold presence on the finger.

The central teal sapphire weighs 2.03 carats and comes from Madagascar. Indeed, this stone is unheated, which is a major asset in today’s high jewellery market. Its unique colour combines deep blue and luminous green nuances characteristic of teal sapphire. Moreover, its hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale ensures excellent resistance to daily wear. This teal sapphire birthday ring features a centrally positioned claw-set emerald-cut sapphire. For example, two natural D/IF-quality baguette diamonds frame the main stone on either side. In addition, the 750/000 yellow gold setting particularly enhances the stone’s deep blue-green tones.
