Damien's brief

Damien contacted us to create a bespoke anniversary ring featuring one of our favourite stones. He was seeking an exceptional teal sapphire, set in a classic creation with timeless lines. In addition, the setting was to enhance the centre stone while providing it with a luminous showcase. Our workshop therefore designed a piece combining refinement with a strong presence.

The 2.06-carat teal sapphire

The central teal sapphire weighs 2.06 carats and comes from Madagascar. Indeed, teal sapphire is one of the most sought-after varieties among connoisseurs for its unique colour. Its hue combines notes of deep blue and luminous green characteristic of the finest stones from this origin. Furthermore, its hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale guarantees excellent resistance to everyday wear. At 2.06 ct, it offers a remarkable presence on the finger and striking colour intensity.

The teal sapphire ring in detail

This teal sapphire ring features a square-cut stone in a bezel setting, surrounded by a halo of round diamonds. The band is also adorned with pavé diamonds on the shoulders to multiply the stone's brilliance. The F/VS diamonds accompanying the centre stone represent one of the highest qualities on the market. In addition, the 750/000 white gold setting provides a luminous showcase that enhances the stone's deep blue-green tones. The overall design thus creates a perfect balance between classic elegance and chromatic intensity.
