Cyril contacted us to create a delicate and refined engagement ring to celebrate an unforgettable moment. He was looking for an exceptional pink sapphire, set in a romantic rose gold creation. In addition, the setting was to enhance the centre stone with diamonds bringing light and finesse. Our workshop therefore designed a timeless piece combining soft colour with a confident presence.
The central pink sapphire weighs 1.55 carats and comes from Sri Lanka, one of the most prestigious origins for this gemstone. Indeed, Sri Lankan pink sapphires stand out for their vibrant pink hue and excellent transparency. Its unique colour combines intense pink nuances characteristic of the finest stones from this origin. Furthermore, its hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale guarantees excellent resistance to everyday wear. Pink sapphire remains one of the most sought-after fancy sapphire varieties among coloured gemstone enthusiasts.
This pink sapphire ring features an oval-cut stone in a central claw setting. For example, natural round F/VS quality diamonds frame the main stone on either side in a trilogy composition. F/VS diamonds represent one of the highest qualities available on the market, combining exceptional whiteness with remarkable clarity. In addition, the 750/000 rose gold setting echoes the romantic tones of the gemstone and enhances its colour intensity. The ensemble thus creates a perfect balance between feminine delicacy and timeless refinement.
